However separate consultancy and construction process management services for new builds and renovation are part of our work spectrum. Our focus is on the hospitality, retail and high end residential industry.  

 

Our core capacities:

• Creative concepting, interior design, furnishment and realization

• Designing and (technical) drawing of work for companies, constructors and builders;

• Initiating and supervising the complete (construction) process, including preparing an accurate inventory of the customer’s requirements.
   

Separate from creative activities we offer architectural consultancy services that have been supporting (chain) companies with their expansion, as well as site renovations. In our philosophy is embedded that we create and realize our work independently from fixed suppliers, always searching for the best fit for the project under hands. All additional necessary knowledge and expertise of third parties is hired and added to project teams to tackle ensure the necessary advice and guarantees for project realisation.
